It probably could if it is not a fused bloom. Look at the base of the flower and you can tell if two buds were fused together. If that is the case, I don't think it can be called a poly.

I have only 2 polys, the yellow DL is a noid. The second one is MIGHTY HIGHLY TIGHTLY (Cobb 1987)

I didn't have any polys this year, just nematodes. Going to treat this fall and next spring but waiting to see all of yours!
