Is this a virus or Astor's yellow?

Hi all, I need some advice. Some of my coneflower leaves look different. Could I be over watering them or Is this some kind of virus, disease or Aster's yellow? If it is please tell me what I need to do to get rid of it. I have posted some photos. Thanks for any info.

My guess would be a form of Chlorosis . , ph is too far to one side or another, compacted roots ,
lack of nutrients ..
