A few years back I had a very large bed of asiatics in Maine. Then the lily beetle arrived. New Englanders will know the rest of that story. Anyway, now that I am in Maryland I would like to enjoy them again. From what I can gather the beetle has not arrived here. Does anyone have information that it has, or has not reached here yet? I have seen reports that it is in PA, and since that border is only 25 miles away, that may be enough to stop me, I,don't want to go through that again, but I miss having them in my plantings.
