Muscadines grow in zone 6??

Pittsford, NY(Zone 5b)

Anyone here ever crazy enough to try cold hardy muscadines into zone 6? Any chance they could be successful?

Peachtree City, GA(Zone 8a)

Muscadines and Scuppernogs are 2 of my favorite fruits. I would have to try.it. I have 1 of each in my yard and I never get tired of eating them. Here is a page that says to bank dirt around the plant if grown in zone 6. It is at the bottom of the page.

Bushland, TX(Zone 6a)

I have one vine out of 8 that has made it thru 2 winters,I don't see any signs of life on the vines until mid june,so it is very late in spring, before it starts showing any leaves.

Dahlonega, GA

They grow wild here , just picked a gallon this morning .
Into the freezer they go and into wine next spring .
