Can anyone tell me why my computer will not do a System Restore even in Safe Mode? I am trying to stop a problem which is that when I do a Google search I can get to the results page, then when I start clicking on links to see more (usually recipes) I just get blank pages that have the word Google up in the tab. I keep my pc defragged, and cleaned up very well. I use Windows7 Home Premium with IE 11- also tried Chrome and the same thing happens.
