Can anyone identify this little guy by shape? It's pretty small right now. Stapelia? Caralluma? Tomatriche?Am I in the right ball park even? Thanks for looking :)

Stapeliad, but you'll have to wait until it blooms for an ID, as so many of them look alike when not in bloom. I also have several mystery Stapeliads, and even some I purchased with tags were mislabeled.
