reporting errors nowhere to be found !

I was in plant guides and came across
an error for Leucophyllum laevigatum.

Arrempted to report, but could not find
the box for reporting errors.

It's in the left-hand column of each page of the 'Files. See the yellow circled area in the screenshot below.
