I think this is a Red mixed with another type of oak. I have no proof, just that I've seen this leaf shape before and that's what VV told me it was last year. lol.
Hybrid Oak of Some Kind
Could easily just be Northern Red Oak Quercus rubra. Definite I.D. is easier when the leaves are fully grown in 2 or 3 weeks; close-up pics of the underside of a leaf would help confirm its identity.
