Euphorbia Hybrid? (Volunteer)

Porter , TX(Zone 8b)

Hi everyone. While repotting this year, I found this volunteer. It looks like a Euphorbia, but not like any I have. The closest is Euphorbia viguieri going by the leaf color. But there are no spines at all.
Excited to see how it develops.

Welcome Reine. It looks like you have a few interesting plants there. Maybe when the plant flowers you will figure out where it came from.

My own random Euphorbia hybrids have been pretty fun to watch as they grow up. I like playing the parental guessing game.

Thank you for the "welcome". Baja-Costero.
It is fun trying to figure out what may have crossed with what.
Euphorbias are my favorite plants.

Here are three young hybrid Euphorbia seedlings from female (only) plants. First is bupleurifolia x, second is polygona x, third is unknown x.

Thank you again :) These are some nice plants! There are so many Euphorbs, I never get tired of looking at them. I think I'll post a few pics on the thread you posted.
