Notocactus co?finnus concinnus v. gerbalitoensis? The third letter of the second word is illegible (my handwriting). I believe that my nursery had picked it up in an estate purchase of cactus/succulents. It has grown huge since I got it in the ground. I have no idea how tall it will get or if it will ever bloom. I definitely don't think your plant is Notocactus concinnus var. gerbalitoensis (see http://www.llifle.com/Encyclopedia/CACTI/Family/Cactaceae/20509/Notocactus_concinnus_var._gerbalitoensis)...not sure what it is though...
