From Near Death To Stunning Beauty

Creston, CA

Was a broken 3-foot terminal column of Echinopsis spachiana two and a half years ago. Yellow, bow-shaped and laying on the ground, desperately sending out lateral roots for water.

Now almost 6 feet, scarred but green, sprouting basal columns and putting on quite the show. Pictures just don't do the complexity of these blooms justice and there are about 2 dozen still fuzzing up behind these. It's all worth the effort with a cactus!

I love cactus stories that have happy endings! Good job saving this beauty
