would need better pictures - it looks like a sunny day and pics not in focus - the second one might be from the ghost series, maybe purple ghost.

I remember the name purple ghost. The second picture is solved. The first one is till not solved.The leaves are green with a very thin red edging.

one of our friends here davidsans sells jm's and a very helpful website - i bet if you looked at the dissectum trees he would have a description that fit your tree.
