I am REALLY glad you posted and asked on this one. This is called Myrtle Spurge, common in the Rockies. It is a noxious weed but also dangerous. It will kill off your other plants and cause blisters if not pulled carefully. A bit like poison oak of the mountains. Here is a link. If you are interested in this type of plant but something safer, check out stonecrops. Those do beautifully and are so each to maintain plus the colors change with the seasons making it feel like you have three different plants in one! Happy Gardening!
