Finally, a decent thread on Hawaiian plants. OK, that would be...sorry, I got nothin', but It's very interesting. My wife and her late husband went on a month-long trip to Hawaii towards the end of his life, and she will, every now and then, comment on her fond memories of that trip, especially the uniqueness of the plants.

Leaves seems about right, but not sure about berries... and overall look of tree is different than what I am used to in California.. but this is the tropics, so maybe it looks different for that reason.

They actually look like Coffea arabica cherries to me...grown in the Kona Districts.
