I have many, many crocuses. some of which I've had for several decades. This year, the two largest beds of them have a very high proportion of blind eyes. Someone suggested that they are planted too deep, but I don't think so. I'm thinking maybe I need to fertilize the beds. Once the crocuses are gone, they are full of hostas.
Suggestions?
