Found this on my patio. Anyone know what bird it is?

A tern or a small gull - it's a bit far gone for a definite ident. It was eaten by a falcon or a hawk.

A newly fledged warbler of some sort, perhaps Yellow Warbler or Orange-crowned Warbler. Your best hope is to watch it from a distance and see what parent comes to feed it.
