2 random questions:

Hello, forum; I have white spots on the tops of my marigold leaves
and dark specs on the bottom of my sunflower leaves. Why is this?

The white one for sure. First, I would try a strong spray of water to wash them off. I don't use a lot of chemical sprays but I do sometimes use pyrethrin spray for heavy infestations.
