I have seen these in stone and wondered if I could make one using styrofoam for the patio? Questions answered, it works!
First you need a styrofoam head, got one at Hobby Lobby for $4.99 and used a 40% off coupon.

Spray paint, Krylon Stone - On sale Hobby Lobby for $6.99
Assorted succulents for hair.
