I have a couple of large shrubs of this handsome and sweet scented plant, and they have produced a lot of what I thought were seed pods - much to my delight, as I thought I could share with friends. However, when I opened the rather leathery pods, they were filled with a very sticky gel, and no sign of anything that looked like seeds. Anyone with experience of this plant know if they normally set seed, or any advice welcome.
