Please ID this phalaenopsis!

I received this as a gift and would like to know what type it is so I can determine how to take care of it as I am new to Orchids! Thanks in advence

I don't have a name for it, but it's NOT a Phaleonopsis. It looks like something in the Oncidium family, but that's a large family, with lots of hybrids. Some one else may recognize it. If not, look up Oncidium culture.

Agree with Carol. It could be a Burrageara Nelly Isler but I'm not sure. Looks sort of like it.

Thank you Tommy but those blooms are bigger and lighter colored and have larger smooth petals! I agree that it is a Oncidium but maybe just a commercial hybrid!
