Cleaning out the pantry

I am sorting thru the basement pantry and determined to use up all good food items before their pull date.
right now I have 2 cans (not marinated) artichoke hearts.
Looking for a recipe or 2. After I cook something w/ these artichokes I will move on to the next pantry item that has "been there a long time".
