Is it posible to grow oranges or lemons in the Philippines?

Surigao City, Philippines

I have a small garden and I plan to grow some fruit trees. What about other fruits as apples, peaches or pears?

Certainly can grow Citrus.

Be sure to get grafted trees for Sweet Citrus. Oranges, Tangerines, Tangelos, Tangors.

Myer Lemon will provide your best lemon. Tahitian Lime / Persian Lime, the best lime.

Not to forget the wonderful Kalamansi limes.

There are now varieties that are low chill for apples, peaches, plums and such.
If you can't find a nursery local you may have to rely on mail order...do your research many types of fruit trees need a cross pollinator like apples, pears, plums, for these you will need two different varieties in order to get fruit. Make sure you are dealing with a reputable supplier look into the watchdog to make sure there plant material is worth having and not bare bones twigs.
