I need to relocate some JM's in my garden. Really poor planning on my part as far as where they are planted, one is a butterfly, one coral bark and one peaches and cream. Should i wait till warmer temps or should i move them as soon as ground is workable? Thanks. Any info on replanting as well. Neighbor has removed some trees and my filtered shade is now full sun and it is not a good fit for them.
Relocating some JM's, HELP!!
I would move them in the spring before the buds open. how large are they?
All under 5 feet but over 4, the peaches and cream planted last year. The butterfly and coral bark have been in place about 3 years.
Thanks
those should not be a problem moving
FYI, though they didn't leaf out as strongly as I had hoped, all survived, thanks for your assistance.
thanks for the follow up - you should see more growth this year and next
