Awesome to have an aloe blooming....good work! Walking iris was a familiar plant in FL, but I never brought one home........

This is actually my walking iris. A former Library employee had brought hers in when she had to have major repairs made to her greenhouse. It came in, I took care of it and it never really bloomed. This one is a child of that one and the lady gave it to me as a gift when she left for taking care of her plants in the library. But it started to bloom right after she left and so, not being one to mess with a good thing, I concluded that it really liked that spot and have kept it there ever since. It has rewarded me handsomely for doing that. I have rooted a couple of its babies and hope to have equal success with them.
