It's that glorious time of year when the weather can keep us glued to our computers as we look at plants to buy for spring and what could be nicer than Japanese irises?
Greywood Farms, with Darlyn as the owner and hybridizer, has her site up and running:

Darlyn sends healthy plants, with many fans, sure to bloom when cared for properly.
Check the site for her daylilies and hostas, too.
Here's Greywoods Dark Desire in afternoon and towards evening - a winner here!
The last photo is Greywoods Social Butterfly, an outstanding beauty.
Japanese irises at Greywood Farms
Thanks for the link, they sure are beautiful.
Darlyn sends such generously sized plants. In the past I've received plants from others than were two and three fans but Greywood Farm sends big, healthy plants that always seem to bloom two months after they are planted and they continue to bloom in subsequent years, not like others that take a year or two off.
Here are the roots of Royal Antics, planted 4/20, and the blooms of 6/20.
Their plants are so reliable that it's tough to even consider any other source for JI's.
