Went on vacation and came back to this.
Can anyone please tell me what's wrong?

I would guess that it is sunburned. I've had that happen quite often. My hoya are all outside under patio roof, but do get some rain when the wind is blowing. Here in Florida, it rains during the day for maybe 20 minutes, then the sun comes out. If leaves are still wet, then burn. I think that happened to yours.
