Any info on other Synsepalum (Miracle fruit family)

Eden Roc, HI

Does anyone know anything about other Synsepalum plants? It seems a little is known about Synsepalum Dulcificum, the common Miracle Fruit, and there's one or two more varieties with bigger fruits, Subcordatum (see bottom at http://toptropicals.com/html/toptropicals/plant_wk/synsepalum.htm ), and something else with hairy leaves.

I've found some pictures of another plant, http://www.liberianfaunaflora.org/FFI/Plant.aspx?ix=635&pid=3004&ppid=3004, but there's virtually no information about it and other Synsepalum plants. And on top of that, nobody is selling them!

Does anyone have any info on the other plants in the family? Wikipedia lists something around 30+ plants under the family Synsepalum. I imagine that other plants in the family would have their own unique properties. This incredible family CLEARLY needs more documentation!

You won't find much on this Island.

Miracle fruit and other Sapotaceae (Sapote) are found sometimes at Garden Exchange in Hilo.

Usually one gets these plants from friends & neighbors.
