We're staying here and going to a friends house tomorrow afternoon. I work Black Friday, then my husband and I will go to a flotilla Saturday evening. Sunday evening, friends come over and we decorate our Christmas tree. Fun weekend!

Thanks Lavina! We had our daughter here with her husband and our grandson, first time we have had family for a holiday dinner in years! We took a walk this afternoon at Latham Whitehurst Park on Broad Creek Road near New Bern - it's not far from our house and what a beautiful place, donated by local residents. It gets better every time we go there, and if you get a chance, please visit!
