i made a monster of a woodstove, however, it woofs smoke out of the air intake knobs. almost as if its building too much combustion inside the box. if you open the door slowly, it will almost explode withe smoke and flame. if i leave the door cracked, it will burn all day with no problems. i used an 8" stove pipe, wondering if it is too big? im gonna install a 6" one today and try it. just wondering if anyone had some fine tuning tips on this subject?
