My father, the human polygraph machine, would smile and say "Oh really?" - and encourage one to elaborate and dig themselves a really big hole. That was usually someone that hadn't tried lying to him before - my siblings & I got over that at an early age.
The duck looks more like the "Paparazzi! Again!" look - we seem to get a lot of that on this forum and the Wildlife forum.
