Can anyone tell me what this tool is? It's got a small flat blade-type thing in front, set screws on the side, the middle part with the blade slides forward and also tips. I've asked all the old-timers and they have no idea what it is. Someone thought it was used for leather work, but the blade in front isn't that thick and bends. It's also shaped into a 'u' at the front end of the blade. Any ideas?
