On what type of plant would you find a glume?
Ok, I got that one.
Me, too!
My answer (grass) was merely a hunch but a very strong one.

I was just guessing, and missed it by a mile! Don't think I've ever heard the word before. Should have "Googled" before answering, I guess. :>)
I got it wrong ..to you gluten free folks ,I guess this one was ,,
I should of known it , really ,,lol
I got it right only because I know the names of many parts of plants but since I don't buy grasses I don't know the names of any of their parts so I figured that had to be the right answer.
I just took a wild guess and for once got it right. lol.
I just took a wild guess and got it wrong! LOL!!!!!!! < =D Learned something new today though, so that's nice! =)
Sometimes, I grow a little grain. I have waxed so enthusiastic about my favorite one that they called me Sorgha the Geek.
Grasses have glumes, sterile bracts found at the base of most grass species.
The weather here is also very glumey. Ooops, gloomy.
;-)
Or is it, perhaps, raining grain? (it's gRaining!) < =D
