germinating ROS seeds-how to?

Center, TX

Hi, I just rec'd some ROS seeds and I need some info. When to start indoors, do I stratify in refrig. and any other good things about them. Alda

You shouldn't need to stratify them since they don't have a hard outer coating.
Unless you have some place warm and sunny to start them inside now, I would wait until Spring, when you can get them outdoors quicker. The reason I say that is, as least for me, it's difficult to start plants like that and then keep them happy over the Winter, (i.e. not over watering them).
The seeds will store just fine as long as they're dry.
