I have several Phal type Dens, had them for at least 5 years now. This year they're making a lot of kekies and so far no flower spikes. Been growing very well in a LFSM/Perlite mix. They dry between waterings. They are reliable bloomers for me usually.
Too much Nitrogen maybe? I normally use a 20-20-20 but switched to an orchid feed recently. I have removed several kekies and planted them. They're doing well.
