I know absolutely nothing about Macs...
Bought my son one for Christmas last Dec for school...
he had a yrs worth of school work plus software....
He said that 'they recommended to do an update'... which he did,
and now he can not access his "memory" [which i guess is like a hard drive]
he feels he has lost every thing.... files for his internship and school work and all programs.
Is there anything we can do to access the memory?
I google it, and find absolutely nothing on the topic.
