I started getting these a few days ago. From what I can figure it has something to do with mobile devices, which I have none- I do NOT do ANY social media either. I have looked in control panel under programs, it doesn't show there- I have right clicked and blocked it every time, but that hasn't stopped it. Did it get in through a download? I am very careful to uncheck every hitchiker that I see when downloading anything new. BTW, I use IE9 with Windows7 Home Premium. I appreciate any help.
