I have 11 very very small green tomatoes and about 2 lbs of red tomatoes. Does anyone know of a recipe where green tomatoes are an added ingredient instead of the main ingredient? I have a good green and red tomato spaghetti sauce recipe, but it calls for 3 times as many green tomatoes as red. These tomatoes are too small to wait for them to ripen in a paper bag.
