This installment's thumbnail is probably not a common refrain among most of us but let's admit it: occasionally we all have that feeling, right? Or...maybe it's just me :-)
Our weather took a a40-degree downturn between Saturday afternoon and this morning, so I've got two chickens thawing and I'll cook them both this afternoon. (If I'm cooking and deboning one, I might as well do two and freeze the rest, plus get a nice batch of chicken stock out of the effort.) So...what's cooking at your place tonight?
