I have quite a few red bells from our garden and need to use them. They are small but I was thinking maybe stuffing them. I have some ground beef thawed but really wasn't wanting to go the classic rice and beef route. Was wanting something WOW if you get my drift.
I honestly have never served them to my guys, but the reds are so sweet and with a gret filling I know it would be a hit.
Anyone online with a good stuffed pepper recipe?
