Where are the seeds in coleus? I know they are on the tall spikes that appear, but what do they look like? How would I take cuttings?
Seeds
Seeds are tiny and are housed where the spent flowers were. You can cut a dried flower stalk and shake it on some paper to gather dried seed.
Cuttings are very easy. Just cut below a node, remove lower leaves, and insert cutting into a good potting mix. Water in and set aside in a semi-shady area and it will root within a week (or two).
Here is a coleus bloom for instance. Sorry no pictures of dried flowers or seeds.

Thank you, Yubiker, even if this description is written in Chinese, it's quite understandable. Maybe one day I will try to make my own coleus seeds :)

Ah yes, but we must remember seeds do not come back true to the plant they come from. Best propagation is from cuttings.
