fig jam and water bath question

I filled all my hot, sterilized jars with hot cooked fresh fig jam. After 2 minutes in the boil bath my power went out. This is 6 hours later and the power is still not on! The jars have now sealed. Is it too late for the water bath and if so do I need to refrigerate them?
