I made pear honey last night and making apple sauce , apple jelly and candy apple jelly out of the cores and peelings today.
I'm going to make some apple butter also, but wanted to know what's your fave way to put up apples and pears.
I'm going to can some vanilla pears also and I already have lots of apple pie filling in jars from last year, so I'm not putting any of that up.
any ideas?
