I am raising AV from seed, I need to wait until the plants flower to pick my favorites. This leaves me with many plants and no current room for them all (my 3 AV plants are on a tiny windowsill no more room there). I thought about when seedlings get old enough and too big in "baby pot" on windowsill, to put them in individual cells in plant trays and bring them upstairs in my room. My concern is my room has a window but it at best only gets low sunlight, even when directly next to the window, I have no windowsill so the closest is right next to my window on a table. I have a grow light but its not going to be very close to the plants, about a foot and a half above my tray. My room is always warm though but not hot as I use an air conditioner in the summer.
Will the plants be ok in my room for a few months until they flower?

Is the grow light going to be near the windowsill as well? The combined light from the window and grow light may be just enough.
Curious, though . . what direction does that window face?
