Hedy Glass "Mod" folded plate

was going to use this item in a garden totem project when I spotted the signature "hedy" on it. Looked it up on Ebay, etc....turns out it is a 10 by 10 "rare" black and gold plate from the 50's or 60's and hard to find.

the only one I found was a 6 by 6. I've seen $7.50 on Etsy, $20 on Ebay and $175 on Ebay.

Any info on this item would be appreciated......thanks
