Hello this is my first year growing a vegetable garden. I have researched my pest problem with my peas and have determined them to be leaf miners. Question is, what do I do about them if anything? My pea plant is young, planted about 6 weeks ago, it already has 6 or 8 pods on it. I am trying to go chemical free. Thank you.
Leaf miners
You can remove the leaves that have been attacked by the leaf miners, and then spray with Spinosad. It is an organically accepted spray.
Thank you!
its best if you can burn the leaves after you remove them. That way you destroy the pest. Dont stick them in a compost heap for example or they will be able to complete their life cycle.
