What do I do if my cultivar is not listed?

If I tag a flower, and my cultivar is not listed (or I don't know it), all I can do is accept the top cultivar in the list. Very misleading. Is there a way around this I don't know about?

That is why I quit using the program, too many bugs still in it. I did figure out some workarounds but it got to be too much trouble.
