Dial up connection.....???

Here I go again.....This has been happening for quite a while...I asked my server, they have no clue. They say anyway !!!....The dial up connection keeps coming up....on line....off line...doesn't matter...x off or cancel, and it keeps coming up.....If we are playing a game off line, and it comes up....it interups the game, click it off and the game comes back on....Pain in the Butt....for sure...Any idea's???????? Thanks Wantabe--
