mosaic dresser

I have a tall and narrow chest that I had previously painted in a crackle paint. Now I have found some little mirror tiles in gold, about 1/2 inch by 1/4 inch and I thought they were a good deal so I bought a bunch of them. Now I want to glue them on my chest. I have seen furniture covered in mirrors a few times but the tiles I have are small and gold so it is hard to visualize how it will look. My grand daughter is saving up to go to London and has asked if she could do anything for me and get paid for it. This project seems perfect. I will post about it when it is more than just a thought.
