Nectarine tree branch broke with a lot of fruit!

I came home from work yesterday to discover that my 3 year old nectarine tree gave up. A main branch broke (apparently I didn't thin enough!) The fruit was days from being ripe, but it's still pretty tart. I have probably 20 pounds on the broken branch (which is now hanging upside down in my storage shed).

Any suggestions what I can do with this fruit? I'm not going to toss it!
