It isn't really a chime...
But it is musical. Its "song' is very compelling....like a low musical hum that goes on and on even in slight breeze. It is audible but sort of a 'what's that?' A strong breeze will cause it to act like a chime. It is those knockers on each side of the disks.
Asked a local fellow to make as a surprise for my spouse. The long pole is hardened wood. The rest recycled from metal. Nails and hooks hand forged. I will try to show the musical note I added but not sure if the photo will show it. I think it is at least 12 feet high. I guess it is more sculpture than chime. I hope you all like it as much as I do.
